How to book

Make a reservation:

* In order to safeguard availability, we recommend that you book in advance the required treatments. Contact us by phone, email or visit us if you want advice on your personalized treatment.

 

Arrival time:

* To get the most benefit from your spa experience, we advise you to arrive about 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the program. You must have identification (Identity Card / Citizen Card or driving license)

 

Delays:

* In case of delay, Monte Real Spa is not responsible for carrying out the complete treatment, if there are further reservations of other customers. In that case your program may have to be shortened, with no right to refund or re-scheduling.

 

Cancellations:

* The early cancellation (more than 48 hours before the program) does not require the payment of any cancellation fee.

* Cancellation of your Spa program in a period not exceeding 48 hours from check-in act involves the payment of the total amount of the respective program, without the right to refund or re-scheduling of the program.

* It is not allowed to re-scheduling-vouchers offer if cancellation occurs within less than or equal to 48 hours.
